New County Commissioner but well known Canton resident, Richard Staiti, talks with CCTV's Tim O'Connor about money available that can help cities and towns like Canton using newly instituted ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) funds. This is money lost to communities due to COVID-19. How is the money applied for? How do communities get those funds and who can ask for them? Mr. Staiti explains the process and some projects he hopes to help, including problems with Aggie School and the courts where there is a desperate need for internet modernization.
