Blogger Aidan Kearney, AKA Turtleboy, who has been reporting on the Karen Read case, was arrested on "witness intimidation" charges where he had his phones and computers taken and his home searched. This hearing was to adjust the conditions of his release which included his not being near those involved in the Karen Read case. Arguing that this is a first amendment issue, his lawyer sent a memorandum not long before this hearing. Consequently, it was postponed to Wednesday, November 1st at 3pm.
